Renowned for its wonderful flower displays from May to October, the village is known for it's countryside walks and is close to a host of leisure and historical attractions. All this with just a one hour drive from the regional airports of Poitiers or Limoges. Circuit du Val de Vienne is the second largest motor racing circuit in France and about 10mins from the hotel, making the hotel an ideal base for both competitors and spectators. Built in 1835 the hotel holds a lot of history and comprises of:
Entrance into the porch area of 5m² with a door leading into the bar area of 35m², equipped with everything you need and an original mosaic floor. The main entrance to the bar has new fitted double glazed door and window with electric roller shutter. At the far end of the bar are double doors, (that can be fully opened) leading into the restaurant area of 38m². There is a fire exit door for guests which has a code for access and at the far side a door that allows wheel chair access to the toilets. Back into the hallway of 7 m² you have access to the bar, kitchen, toilets, stockroom and the 1st floor. The corridor of 6m², houses the oil tank etc, the cellar and the entrance to the wc of 4m². The kitchen has swing doors and a wash area of 7m, fully fitted out and the main kitchen is a fully equipped catering kitchen of 18m². Access to the storeroom of 44m² is just off the main kitchen with a walk in chiller of 6m². A workshop/store area of 15m² at the side of the kitchen with garage doors to the front.
Access along the corridor of 17m² to bedroom 1 of 18m² with ensuite bathroom, bedroom 2 of 12m² with wash basin. bedroom 3 of 10m² with wash basin, bedroom 4 of 12m² with wash basin, bedroom five of 15m² with ensuite bathroom. A shower room of 4m² and a separate toilet of 2m².
Opposite the guest rooms is the private living quarters consisting of a kitchenette, lounge, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and further access to the
2nd floor: open plan area of 70m² and small room of 8m²
Outside is a passsage way to access the oil room of 5m² and the use of the communal area outside the hotel, for great entertaining, throughout the summer months.
